Lance Reich, CEO, New World Football
Lance is a patent attorney with over 25 years experience in securing and litigating intellectual property and has represented youth soccer clubs in America over most of his practice. He has helped spearhead the initiative to allow training compensation and solidarity fees in the United States. Lance is highly skilled in sports entity formation, regulation, and investment. He has advised entities on sports-related transactions, and the diligence process in vetting sports assets for purchase. He has also litigated many cases up to and through jury trial, and has experience before many administrative tribunals in the United States and throughout the world. Beyond training compensation and solidarity fees for the men’s soccer game, he has advocated for expansion of that program for girl’s soccer programs, and has supported the equal pay endeavors of the US Women’s National Team.
Aaron Jacob, New World Football Agency
Aaron is a USSF Intermediary and a UEFA /USSF licensed coach & FIFA Match Agent.
He was responsible for talent identification and recruitment at Charlton Athletic FC’s Youth Academy and was Youth Development Director for London and the South East of England. He also held the role of Head Coach at a Lewisham College in SE London.
On arrival to the US, in 2008, he coached for Andromeda (now known as Solar SC) and was assistant in the recently formed USSF Youth Development Academy. From 2011 to 2014 he was made Academy Director of coaching for the U14, U16 and U18’s. While at the club, he implemented a collaboration program with Tottenham Hotspur FC.
Aaron, now negotiates contractual agreements on behalf of professional players, and tutors other aspiring agent intermediaries wishing to enter the market. His expertise also spans global soccer rules and regulations around the world, CBA regulations for the MLS, youth development issues directly involving youth club compensation, and an in depth understanding of FIFA RSTP rules.
Pablo Castillo, Worldwide Strategy, Sr. Intermediary
Pablo is a young professional from Madrid (Spain) specializing in international business, aimed more specifically towards the football/soccer industry.
His relationships are extensive, and he focuses on looking for clubs, both for players and coaches, who are seeking opportunities for employment in many leagues around the world. He has dealt with numerous players from Europe, South/Central America and the Far East, including China. also implements and will look to assist proposals to (and for) clubs looking to organize international opposition matches and friendly pre-season games.
Pablo, grew up playing in Spain’s national leagues and played college level in the USA, where he graduated in 2008 from Florida International University, Miami, majoring in Business Management & International Business. He also holds an MBA from the Metropolitan University in London, England.
As part of our team, at New World Football Agency, Pablo, aims to maximize and strengthen our organization by utilizing the contact and network base, built over many years, to help and assist players negotiate contracts in many international leagues around the world, and specifically MLS and USL Leagues in the USA.
Pablo is involved in major market movements, and is also focused on the development of younger players that want to reach the highest level of football at professional level.
Anthony Harris, Sr. Intermediary
Anthony joins New World Football after starting and running his own sports representation company that focused solely on soccer players. That agency was TAS Sports Group and has allowed Anthony to build a network of contacts within the US Soccer market ranging from GM’s, Owners, Coaches, and Technical Directors. Anthony will focus on finding playing opportunities throughout the world in all the major leagues for all of our NWF family of clients.
Anthony knows no other sport on this planet as well as this one we call the beautiful game. Anthony brings over 17+ years of domestic and international business experience with him. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Texas A&M Commerce, in Texas.
Anthony is bilingual in Spanish and English and also has an extensive network in Latin America.
As part of our team, Anthony plays a vital role in the growth and expansion of New World Football and ensuring NWF is at the pinnacle of the global soccer scene.

Juan “Javi” De Arcos, Intermediary
In 2009, Javi began his collegiate soccer career at Los Angeles Harbor Community College. His success there allowed him to gain a full-athletic/academic scholarship to Kansas Wesleyan University.
Javi graduated from KWU with a Bachelor in Arts, majoring in Sports Management with a double minor in Business Administration and Personal Training. After moving back to Los Angeles following his college career at the age of 22, he was scouted by Roberto Vidrio and invited to play for Chivas USA Academy U23’s. While his time playing for the academy team, they won the SoCal Premier League with an undefeated season.
Javi is a USSF licensed coach and in 2014, was hired as a Youth Development Coach for the LA Galaxy. While at LA Galaxy, he was invited to work at elite camps and clinics. Assisted first team staff coaches. In addition, Javi represented the LA Galaxy as a scout for USL Championship’s LA Galaxy II, Youth Academy/ID Camps and open tryouts, including the nationally televised talent search for the Sueño MLS.
Involved with numerous clubs and network of coaches, using his experience, Javi seeks to scout and develop players that have potential to be a top class player increasing their chances to play at the professional level.
Nick Borges, Executive Assistant, New World Football Agency, LLC
Nicholas Borges is a young professional from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a degree in Sport Administration.
He has had extensive experience in the football/soccer industry, having worked at LifePro who currently represent Marcelo from Real Madrid and the Brazilian National Team. He also has worked with the Florida Cup allowing him to learn the intricacies of event management and gameday operations.
Nicholas is tri-lingual in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
As part of our team, Nicholas aims to maximize and strengthen New World Football’s presence as a top boutique football/soccer agency. By assisting the senior partners, being the primary contact for the company, increasing our already abundant contact and network base, talent recruitment, and marketing.

Iñaki Alvarez is the former Director of Operations of CONCACAF (2 years) and Deputy Director and Head of Event Management (10 years) at FIFA. (www.inakialvarez.com). Prior to joining FIFA he worked for the Olympic Games in Atlanta. He is a resourceful leader with strong experience managing local and global football projects with a proven ability to transform abstract concepts and complex goals into concrete processes. He possesses a collaborative, hands-on leadership style that focuses on collective growth and sustainability, thrives on problem-solving and using innovative ideas to build narratives that resonate. He is bilingual, with a keen sense for education, communication, and execution.While at CONCACAF and at FIFA, he was directly involved in the delivery of numerous events including the annual Congress, the Gold Cup, the Centenario and many World Cups. As Head of Event Management he was responsible for the development and implementation of standardized management processes, resulting in significant increases in efficiency. He introduced new IT solutions, resulting in improved services and customer relations, and created and managed Profit and Loss for each event, between $10 to $40 million on an annual basis. Inaki is an advisor to our consultancy and assists in promoting soccer matches.
