The owners, employees and consultants of the NWF group have a wide array of backgrounds and skills that complement each other in the endeavors of the NWF entities. Collectively, the principals of NWF have decades of business experience and interaction with the football world.

Cory Roth, President

Attorney Cory Roth grew up in a soccer house and soccer community. From a young age, he played the game with a diverse group of friends earning all-district honors before playing for the Palm Beach Pumas and University of Texas at Dallas, where he graduated with a degree in political science and was three-time Academic All-Conference. Along the way, he trained at the world famous Tahuichi Academy in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and played the Maccabi National Team, making connections throughout his journey. Cory graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law in 2013 where he achieved the top grades in classes such as Advanced Trial Advocacy and Legal Research and Writing. Upon passing the Texas bar exam, Cory began practicing law as a criminal defense attorney. His undefeated record in trial is a testament to his hard work, skill and passion for winning. Cory has been quoted on football in VICE Magazine, ESPN FC, Fox Soccer, Soccer America and Inside World Football. Cory heads the Law Group and assists the other groups within NWF on legal matters.

Aaron Jacob, CEO, New World Football Agency, LLC

Aaron is a USSF/FIFA Intermediary/UEFA /USSF Licenced Coach & Official FIFA Match Agent.Aaron founded the AJF AGENCY in 2014, which became part of the NWF family in 2018. In his formative years he was with Charlton Athletic FC’s Youth Academy in the EPL, under Alan Curbishley. He was promoted to Youth Development Director for London andthe South East of England, responsible for talent identification and selecting youth players for the academy. He worked with many players who would go on to become professionals at major clubs, including Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, Fulham, West Ham, Liverpool, Bournemouth and Norwich City.Between 2004 and 2008, Aaron held the role of Head Coach at a college in SE London. Under his leadership, the Lewisham College Academy were considered one of the best youth teams in the UK, and played in the highest league (outside of Pro Academy status),- the F.A.Youth Conference League.

On Aaron’s arrival in the US, in 2008 he became a senior coach for Andromeda SC, (now known as Solar SC) He became assistant in the newly formed USSF Youth Development Academy, (the highest level of play linked to the senior team) working with Josema Bazan, Oscar Borgarello and Mike Powers. From 2011 to 2014 he was made Director of coaching for the U14, U16 and U18’s.While at the club, Aaron was directly responsible for initiating the implementation and partnership with Tottenham Hotspur FC, and was proud to have had a 99% success rate of placing AFC YDA players at various colleges throughout the United States, including top NCAA institutions.

Aaron, is now using his knowledge, experience and expertise as a registered USSF Intermediary and is one of only 15 Match Agents in the United States listed on the official FIFA website.

Pablo Castillo, Worldwide Strategy, New World Football Agency, LLC

Pablo is a young professional from Madrid (Spain) specializing in international business, aimed more specifically towards the football/soccer industry. His relationships are extensive, and he focuses on looking for clubs, both for players and coaches, who are seeking opportunities for employment in many leagues around the world. He also implements and will look to assist proposals to (and for) clubs looking to organize international opposition matches and friendly pre-season games. Pablo, grew up playing in Spain’s national leagues and played college level in the USA, where he graduated in 2008 from Florida International University, Miami, majoring in Business Management & International Business. He also holds an MBA from the Metropolitan University in London, England. He was the founder of Pro International Group, based in San Diego, California and dealt with numerous players from Europe, South/Central America and the Far east, including China. As part of our team, at New World Football Agency, Pablo, aims to maximize and strengthen our organization by utilizing the contact and network base, built over many years, to help and assist players negotiate contracts in many international leagues around the world, and specifically MLS and USL Leagues in the USA. Pablo is involved in major market movements, and is also focused on the development of younger players that want to reach the highest level of football at professional level.

Nick Borges, Executive Assistant, New World Football Agency, LLC

Nicholas Borges is a young professional from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a degree in Sport Administration. He has had extensive experience in the football/soccer industry, having worked at LifePro who currently represent Marcelo from Real Madrid and the Brazilian National Team. He also has worked with the Florida Cup allowing him to learn the intricacies of event management and gameday operations. Nicholas is tri-lingual in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. As part of our team, Nicholas aims to maximize and strengthen New World Football to be one of the best boutique football/soccer agencies. By assisting the senior partners, being the primary contact for the company, increasing our already abundant contact and network base, talent recruitment, and marketing.

Anthony Harris, New World Football Agency, LLC

Anthony joins New World Football after starting and running his own sports representation company that focused solely on soccer players.  That agency was TAS Sports Group and has allowed Anthony to build a network of contacts within the US Soccer market ranging from GM’s, Owners, Coaches, and Technical Directors.  Anthony knows no other sport on this planet as well as this one we call the beautiful game.  Anthony brings over 17+ years of domestic and international business experience with him.  He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Texas A&M Commerce, in Texas.

Anthony is bilingual in Spanish and English and also has an extensive network in Latin America.

As part of our team, Anthony plays a vital role in the growth of New World Football and ensuring NWF is at the pinnacle of the global soccer scene.

Anthony is based in Fort Worth, Texas.

Obinna Amuneke, New World Football Agency, LLC

Obinna Amuneke is an experienced USSF licensed agent that hails from Imo State Nigeria and resides in Wichita Kansas.
He is a graduate of Federal University of Technology in Nigeria where he majored in Agricultural Economics. Due to his love for soccer he decided to add a soccer certification to his background such as Level 1 talent identification/soccer scouting and took classes like Introduction to football/Soccer scouting with the Professional football Scout Association in England. He has had a fruitful soccer career where he played at Milan FC of Port Harcourt, Campos FC of Owerri IMO state which is located in Nigeria. He also participated at U17 Shell Cup competition. Most of his hobbies includes playing soccer, pool, board games and he is fluent in English, Yoruba and ibo.
His objective is to utilize his expertise as an agent, putting New World Football Agency on the map as a reputable agency in the world. Obinna is also interested in engaging with soccer clubs, coaches and players around the world.

Other Key Personnel

Jean-Louis Dupont has focused on sports law at both European and international levelsince 1990. Known in his early days as the “Bosman case lawyer”, he eventually became the lawyer of G-14, the group comprising Europe’s main football clubs, handling the Charleroi case, which ended in agreement between FIFA and UEFA. Jean-Louis also represented David Meca-Medina in a case that culminated in 2006 with a landmark judgment from the European Court of Justice. He has advised and represented numerous sportsmen and women, clubs, agents, national and international federations, sponsors, right holders, leagues, syndicates and public bodies in all niches of sports law. Jean-Louis is “of counsel” to our law group and assists with soccer-related legal matters in the administrative courts of Europe.

Roberto Dallafior represents clients in proceedings before state courts, arbitral tribunals (in particular ICC, Swiss Rules and ad hoc) and administrative bodies, focusing on corporate and commercial disputes and on complex insurance, banking and financial litigation and arbitration (including banking insolvencies and FINMA enforcement proceedings) as well as on unfair competition, antitrust and procurement proceedings. He also serves as arbitrator in arbitrations, in particular in proceedings under the ICC Rules, the Swiss Rules and in ad hoc proceedings. Roberto is a legal advisor to our law group on Swiss law the administrative tribunals in Switzerland that oversee international sports.

Iñaki Alvarez is the former Director of Operations of CONCACAF (2 years) and Deputy Director and Head of Event Management (10 years) at FIFA. (www.inakialvarez.com). Prior to joining FIFA he worked for the Olympic Games in Atlanta. He is a resourceful leader with strong experience managing local and global football projects with a proven ability to transform abstract concepts and complex goals into concrete processes. He possesses a collaborative, hands-on leadership style that focuses on collective growth and sustainability, thrives on problem-solving and using innovative ideas to build narratives that resonate. He is bilingual, with a keen sense for education, communication, and execution.While at CONCACAF and at FIFA, he was directly involved in the delivery of numerous events including the annual Congress, the Gold Cup, the Centenario and many World Cups. As Head of Event Management he was responsible for the development and implementation of standardized management processes, resulting in significant increases in efficiency. He introduced new IT solutions, resulting in improved services and customer relations, and created and managed Profit and Loss for each event, between $10 to $40 million on an annual basis. Inaki is an advisor to our consultancy and assists in promoting soccer matches.

Ron Davidson is resident in Toronto, Canada, and has been a professional soccer players, manager, and coach. Ron was the technical director of the Givova Academy and is an advisor to the Northern Ireland Football Association. Ron assists our player agency and consultancy in Canada and Europe and interfaces with the newly-forming Canadian Premier League on behalf of the NWF entities.
